Abstrait

The purpose of this project is to provide a Christian educational resource and Bible study experience for United Methodist adults to help them reconsider and expand their present understanding and personal experience of ministry in the Holy Spirit's power. A small group of eight adult members were recruited from a rural United Methodist Church in Okemah, Oklahoma. For eleven weeks they met with the pastor weekly for a Bible study experience that applied principles and techniques from neuropsychology and neurolinguistic programing. The course was effective in encouraging positive changes in persons' understanding and attitudes about the Holy Spirit.
