Abstracto

The purpose of the ministry project was to provide training for the healing and restoration of 'fallen' Christian leaders in vocational and non-vocational ministry for leaders of Florida Church of God Ministries. These leaders participated in an opportunity to learn and implement a strategy for leading their congregations in the development of an environment of grace and reconciliation based upon the principles of the New Testament book of Philemon. Through their participation in a series of sermons and a roundtable seminar, they learned to create and implement a process for the restoration of fallen leaders that is able to provide healing and wholeness for the body of Christ as well as the individual leader.
