The project provided a contextualized mentoring booklet to help Cameroonian church leaders mentor others for character development, preparing leaders of integrity so lacking in Africa. The booklet was tested over a five-month period ending with a threefold evaluation. The project calls for leaders to model Christ for the mentorees.
