Abstracto

The purpose of the project was to bring positive change in the marriage and family life of the members and adherents of Foothill Community Church, Roseville, California, who committed themselves 1. to participate as part of the project's core group and attend the twelve sessions of the project; 2. to complete Dr Douglas K Snyder's Marital Satisfaction Inventory (MSI) prior to the project and again at the end of the project; 3. to listen to the assigned cassette tapes; and 4. to read two books on marriage and family life from the resource tables. The second MSI and the self-evaluations completed by the ten test couples chosen at random from the thrity-seven core group couples indicated that positive changes did occur during the project period.
