Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to equip deaf congregations in southern California to become involved in church planting. In order to accomplish this, I led leaders from six deaf congregations through three training sessions. These sessions were designed to develop the participant's knowledge, skill, and desire to lead their church in a successful church planting effort. After completing the training sessions, the participants developed a strategy to guide them as they plant a new deaf congregation.
