  • This project examined how differing psychological types (MBTI) and temperaments understand and approach issues assoicated with stewardship planning and education. The study provides a biblical, theological, and historical foundation for stewardship, psychological temperament, and the relationship of the two. The responses of seventy-eight individuals from three different congregations to a forty-question survey were analyzed. The results demonstrated significant differences between individuals of different temperaments with regard to personal attitudes toward financial stewardship, congregational priorities, and approaches to decision-making.
