- Abstract: The purpose of this project was to design and implement a coaching training system for ministry effectiveness at Bethany Church. Participants were trained in a model consisting of a self-study orientation manual, coach community gatherings, and personal involvement in coaching relationships, along with the use of assessment tools that measured progress and growth. This paper contains section that highlighted the need for change to a preferred future, theological rationale for coaching, theoretical presupposition of coaching, project objectives, measurable results of the project, evaluative criteria and strategy, evaluation and analysis, conclusion, and a self-study orientation manual as appendices.
