Abstracto

The purpose of the thesis was to determine the need for spiritual nurture for freshman residence hall students at Mary Washington College (Fredericksburg, Va). Chapter 2 presented the theological basis for moral and spiritual nurture. Chapter 3 dealt with determining the needs of the freshman students. The process of ministry was described in chapter 4. Chapter 5 provided an evaluation of the project. The campus minister concluded that it is the student who was more involved in spiritual matters that faced more conflict adjusting to college.
