Abstract

A group of adults can be led to develop a discipleship program for the adult members of the church. A sample group of adults was trained in discipleship for the purpose of developing a discipleship program. A pretest and posttest were used with the committee and a control group. A survey revealed areas of interest in discipleship, and the committee developed a program based on the results. The program was evaluated by church leadership and outside parties. The test showed statistically significant growth (p is less than .001) for the committee, and the evaluations validated the thesis.
