A group of adults can be led to develop a discipleship program for the adult members of the church. A sample group of adults was trained in discipleship for the purpose of developing a discipleship program. A pretest and posttest were used with the committee and a control group. A survey revealed areas of interest in discipleship, and the committee developed a program based on the results. The program was evaluated by church leadership and outside parties.
