- The project was designed to find a method of increasing the average church member's involvement in ministry in his or her own settings. Two pilot churches were chosen to participate in the process to determine its feasibility. The project was successful in terms of involvement of church members in ministry but was too long for an outside consultant. For this reason further research will attempt to develop a workshop format to train local leaders to carry out the process within their local church.
