Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to train the leadership team of the Baptist Collegiate Ministries at Georgia State University in the skills of team-based discipleship. The project involved a four-day leadership training retreat followed by a semester of mentoring student team leaders. Team leaders were given training in Personal Style inventory, DISC inventory, Spiritual Gifts inventory, use of spiritual disciplines, team building, mentoring, discipleship levels, and reproducing disciples. Team leaders were to use the skills learned throughout the semester with their team members for the purpose of discipleship and leadership development.
