Abstracto

This project teaches church leaders about the needs of stroke patients so that more effective ministry is provided. Arkansas has a high incidence of stroke and as America ages the numbers will increase nationwide. A five week training program is developed to teach effective methods of ministry drawing from medical and theological fields. Participants are tested to show growth in learning. The results show this program to be effective in providing a foundation for ministry to stroke patients.
