Abstrait

The research was designed to determine if the members of the session of Faith Presbyterian Church would reflect a significant increase in the composite, unity of purpose, solid relationships, specialization, methods and activities, and good communications scores on the Management Team Survey after implementing the Sanford Team Development Strategy for one year. The pre-test was given prior to two workshops at which the writer conducted seminars on team building principles. At the end of a year, the post-test was given and the scores were compared. The study resulted in significant increases in all the areas except solid leadership.
