Abstracto

An intimate friendship with God, disrupted by sin, is available to the Christian through personal repentance. The writer provides a biblical, historical and theological argument for the necessity of personal repentance. He studies the Greek and Hebrew words normally translated as repentance and examines repentance as displayed in the Pauline Epistles. The writer researches extra-biblical documents from early church history to modern day statements of faith.
