Abstract
  • This project presents a Bible study involving five, two and one-half hour sessions which offer couples an opportunity to grow in their understanding of marriage. The themes of the study are: communication, commitment, love, equality, and sex. The study was constructed with the help of peers and project associates. It is partially based on similar materials developed by Esco McBay. It was tested on a group of couples in the Wellsbrug United Methodist Church, Wellsbrug, West Virginia, to see how effective the study would be. The people involved found the study to be helpful.
