The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders of Crosspoint Church, Gulfport, Mississippi, in personal disciple-making skills. During the first phase of the project director broadened his knowledge in the field of disciple-making. The second phase gave the project director the opportunity to gain a better understanding of curriculum development in order to train a selected group of church leaders. The final phase of the project produced a workshop to equip the selected leaders to become disciple makers. Participants learned the rationale for making-disciples, catalyst for spiritual growth, and disciple-making methods.
