Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to develop a ministry team made up of Waterbury Baptist Ministries church members that would develop and implement a day long retreat for the summer mission teams. The retreat would teach the mission team members about Waterbury and orient them for the upcoming week of day camp. As a result of the project the Waterbury Baptist Ministries church members' self esteem increased and their level of hopelessness decreased, thus finding their place of service in the church. There was also a transformation in the pastor, Maner Tyson, as he went from church planter, performing many duties in the church, to a pastor with church members capable and willing to serve.
