- Abstract
- This present study is unique in that it addresses the development of core principles for a life system based on a holistic systems approach and on the Leadership Emergence Theory of J. Robert Clinton. A qualitative, phenomenological study was conducting using Moustakas' (1994) modified Van Kaam method. The study explored lived experiences with the objective of developing an innovative formation model. The study resulted in the development of formation concepts which would support Christian men who are attempting to live out their full redemptive potential. The principles from this study provide the strategic foundation for a life system.
