The 'What I want my kids to learn from the Bible' thesis-project test the following statement: Equipping parents to teach their children the Bible while facilitating the parents' own education in biblical theology in the context of a small group will bring spiritual renewal to their family system, serve as a catalyst to bring a measure of spiritual renewal through them into the church system, and then set the stage for a lifetime and a lifestyle of spiritual renewal in their individual lives and their family system. Chapter one explains the problem and its setting, presents the curriculum design, states the thesis, and identifies key research questions and unknowns. Chapter 2 sets the thesis within a theological framework. Chapter 3 evaluates the thesis against spiritual renewal and systems theory literature. Chapter 4 presents the project design. finally, chapter 5 draws conclusions and states outcomes.
