Abstrait

The goal of this project was to give an older, urban Baptist church a new set of targets for future ministry, using the five step organizational self-assessment planning cycle taught by Dr. Norman Shawchuck. The project was undertaken in the belief that new goals, formulated through a congregational participatory process, would refocus and revitalize the church's ministry. This project resulted in a set of goals, covering every area of the ministry, which leaders of the church committed themselves to implementing.
