  • The purpose of this project is to analyze the current continuing education of ministers in the Presbyterian church in Korea and to propose a new model in which the ministers are urged to cope with the social change. The project uses a theoretical method to define the concept of ministry in the light of a biblical, theological understanding. In a practical analysis, it compares the current program with the defined one. A proposed model encourages the interaction of professors and ministers on the flexibility of content and form. It will help raise the consciousness of the ministers and help professionalize and functionalize ministry. Simultaneously, it must be context-oriented and holistic.
