Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to provide training opportunities in Olivet Baptist Church that would heighten the awareness of the laity in the area of their responsibilities for and participation in ministry. The premise for the project was that a call to salvation is a call to ministry and that all believers are responsible for carrying out the mission of the church. A prototype organizational structure that would invite ministry ideas from the laity and help the laity implement those ideas in the local church was formulated.
