Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders of Holly Baptist Church, Corinth, Mississippi, in conflict management skills that would enable these leaders to manage conflict effectively. Demonstrating an improved understanding of conflict, improving existing styles and skills of conflict management, and developing strategies that facilitate reconciliation were the goals of this project. The project methodology included lectures, discussion, role plays, case studies, and questionnaires on conflict management. Examination of post-evaluation data indicates goals were reached. Equipping leaders with conflict management skills and enabling resolution of conflict were achieved.
