Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to train pastors to facilitate monthly accountability groups of senior pastors in the Mobile Baptist Association. Called EAGLE Forums, these monthly sessions would focus on personal and professional development in the areas of leadership, conflict management, and accountability. Participants in the training surveyed and contrasted current leadership styles in business and churches in order to lead their small groups to identify and improve their approach to pastoral leadership. Church conflict issues and the biblical response to conflict were investigated and addressed. The importance of personal spiritual accountability to a trusted person or group was emphasized throughout the sessions.
