- Abstract
- In francophone Africa, a successful Bible school graduate will find it difficult to continue his theological education at the next academic level. The problem of continuing one's theological education is a reality for graduates of all evangelical Bible schools, including the six 'central Bible schools' of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) in francophone West Africa. This project explores historical and sociological realities that have contributed to this problem, surveys the directors of the C&MA Bible schools in francophone West Africa, and concludes with recommendations that would enable Bible schools to continue their theological education at the next academic level.
