Abstrait

This project was developed in conjunction with the new member orientation classes. Using a variety of surveys and Bible studies new members were assisted in discovering their spiritual gifts and talents and applying them in various ministries within the congregation. Over sixty percent of the new members discovered meaningful ministries and ways to give of themselves in the life of the church.
