Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to create a resource that enables administrative in East Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church to make effective appointments of licensed local pastors to the their pastoral charges based on discoverable values, attitudes, and attributes. Primarily, respondents found the resource to be understandable because of its concise directions, clearly written items, and understandable vocabulary. Secondarily, respondents agreed that the resource reflected biblical values, revealed biblical leadership principles, and was biblically based. Lastly, the resource disclosed appropriate personal, relational, and professional characteristics about the licensed local pastor.
