Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to develop a ministry evangelism strategy to improve the missional effectiveness at West Hartsville Baptist Church, South Carolina. The project took place in four phases. First, the project director researched the existing methods and actual practice of ministry evangelism to determine the best practices for missional effectiveness in the local community. Second, using demographic data and a community needs survey administered to select community leaders, the project director analyzed the lifestyles and community needs in the local community of Hartsville, South Carolina. Third, utilizing the assistance of a church strategy team, the project director developed a ministry evangelism strategy for West Hartsville Baptist Church to improve the church's missional effectiveness in the local community. Fourth, the project director presented the ministry evangelism strategy to the membership of West Hartsville Baptist Church for approval.
