Abstract
  • This project designs and implements a process for spiritual direction in small groups by enlisting 14 members of the Patuxent Naval Air Station Chapel in two small groups meeting for 12 weeks. The group members participate in an initial retreat, four spiritual disciplines, and three individual counseling sessions. Members report deepening relationships with God and describe the group experience as significant for spiritual growth.
