- Abstract
- The thesis of this project was that the new adult members of the Commission Road Baptist Church could be adequately assimilated into the church through a program of orientation. The author used a method of research that incorporated an experimental and a control group. Eleven teaching sessions, a pretest, and a posttest were used to accomplish this goal. The results of the pretest and posttest showed an increase in knowledge and a positive change in participation and attitude in the experimental group. Thus, the thesis was proven to be successful.
