This dissertation lays the foundation for writing a practical Bible-based guidebook that will effectively prepare Thai Christian women to be discerning Disciples of Christ. In order to accomplish the task, the author researches the Thai worldview that hinder discipleship to provide biblical womanhood, demonstrates possible causes of the confusion of gender roles in Thailand to present biblical roles of women, analyzes examples of biblical women who also struggled with their faith in order to help Thai Christian women develop their spiritual life, and promotes women's ministry in Thai local churches by outlining the process of establishing a women's ministry step-by-step.
