This project prepares potential leaders for future development of small-group ministry, providing a manual designed to train potential leaders to understand and experience the life of a small group and to prepare themselves to lead a small group. This project basically introduces the idea of small-group ministry and examines the biblical foundations, historical roots, and sociological needs for small-group ministry. It also narrates the project as it actually occurred and analyzes evaluation of the project after the training is complete.
