The purpose of this project is to design a leadership development strategy for Crossroads Church, Fort Worth, Texas.The project director utilized the strategy-planning model to complete the task. The project director aimed to explore the leadership development strategies of other churches across the United States in order to determine viable models. He examined existing, basic strategy planning processes in order to identify effective practices. Additionally, the director designed a strategy for Crossroads Church, Fort Worth, Texas, for the purpose of staff leadership development using a strategy planning team.
