  • This project proposes, develops, and implements a formative evaluation process for selected teachers in Moody Bible Institute, in order to demonstrate that performance of teachers who are training people for ministry can be enhanced through peer evaluation focusing on strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions for improvement. Evaluators gather data through observation and analysis, seeking insights into each teacher's selection and use of materials, methodology, style, classroom effectiveness, and other teaching variables. Both evaluators and their subjects report benefits from the process.
