Abstract
  • This project introduces a systemic approach to productive conflict management in church organizations in order to inform trainers of pastoral leaders in Southeast Asia. Conflict, when managed effectively and systemically, can be turned from destructive ends to productive purposes, contributing to innovation, change, renewed healthy relationships, and enhancement of personal and organizational goals. The project approaches conflict resolution from personal, familial, communal, and cultural perspectives, and also from the disciplines of behavioral sciences, organization management, and theology.
