This qualitative study, Successful Church Planting: A Comparative Study of Factors Church Planters Consider Critical for a Viable Church Plant, revealed: The importance of casting vision cannot be overemphasized. Material resources are less important than one might believe. Have a plan for both developing leaders and involving them as soon as possible. A church planter needs to be sure of calling. Problems with the mother/partner church can impact the plant significantly. Healthy core group is essential.Spousal support is a must. Coaching plays a significant role in the life of the planter.
