The project explores the different ways Christians might respond in ministry situations based upon their spiritual gift. Using a sermon series built upon a motivational gift model taken from Romans 12:6-8, the project exposed participants to the dynamics, characteristics, and possible service opportunities of each gift. Instruments used to evaluate the effectiveness of the project include an evaluation form for each session, a pretest and a posttest, and a motivational gift inventory. At the end of the project, participants indicated their desire to use their gift in a specific ministry for a specified period of time.
