Abstracto

This project describes the establishment of small group ministry at First Christian Church in Norfolk, Nebraska. It presents a theological, historical, and sociological basis for such a project and chronicles the establishment of these groups from the birth of the idea to the initial meeting of the groups. Much of this project involves material developed for the training of small group leaders. An evaluation of the project concludes that the methodology developed was successful in the establishment of small group ministry at this local congregation.
