  • The purpose of this project is to design and evaluate the best leadership model in theological education for pastors in Congo that emphasizes spiritual formation as the primary process in developing servant leaders. Five lessons were presented to twenty-two teachers and students in the Bukavu Pastor's School. An evaluation instrument was given to assess their responses to the model. The findings of the model are that it promoted spiritual renewal in their churches, was perceived as biblically grounded, taught servant leadership, involved many learning needs, reinforced and encouraged good relationships between the teachers and students, and was culturally sensitive.
