Abstracto

This project was designed to strengthen a select group of military members within the Alert Force of the United States Air Force Strategic Air Command. A sixty-eight item questionnaire measured the attitudes and opinions of the effects of alert duty (i.e. separation) on marriages. Selected couples participated in a task-oriented support group which assessed the effects of alert duty on their own marriages. Through eight planned sessions, the couples explored and implemented marriage enrichment techniques.
