  • Many Christians do not recognize that God is working in their lives. Therefore, their identity as Christians becomes impoverished and vague. When a Christian discerns a clearer personal narrative and how it connects with God's narrative, clarity, energy and an outward-bound expression of faith develops. A three week workshop with 13 parishioners was developed. Several instruments of analysis, within Kirkpatrick's Taxonomy framework, were utilized. The thesis proved to be true with results including 1) participants recognizing God working in their lives 2) participants increasing participation in ministry 3) participants becoming more united in community 4) local parish becoming revitalized.
