This project was designed to implement an equipping program at Olive Baptist Church, in Pensacola, Florida, with a small group of individuals who have committed to full-time Christian service, but have yet to begin their formal training. The project director developed and implemented the module for the purpose of skill and knowledge enhancement in the ministry of the participants. The project used classroom and individual instruction, as well as hands on experience. The project was evaluated by a composite of educators, practitioners, church staff and other professionals in relevant fields.
