- Abstract
- The goal of this project is to give a minister's wife, the minister and the congregation they serve resources to examine their concepts of the role of a minister's wife. It develops a process for the evaluation and the modification of these expectations to fit the uniqueness of the wife, her husband and their ministry setting. It includes a retreat for ministers' wives and ministers, a support group and two meetings with each congregation. The project provides a way for participants to understand the minister-wife-church system and the role of the wife.
