This project proposes and develops a manual to enable members of local congregations to discover and to enter into their most effective areas of ministry, testing it with members of Lakeside Community Church (Saint Clair Shores, Mich). The manual contains assessment tools that identify each person's spiritual gifts, personality type, interests, abilities, and life experiences. Cumulatively this information become a person's ministry profile that determines the most effective ministry for that individual.
