Abstracto

Using the natural Church development survey as a measurement of church health and the Delphi procedure as a means to engage pastors in varying locales, the author was able to discern the essential traits and where and how the skills, knowledge, attitudes and gifts that would lead to healthy church growth were acquired. Seven such traits were discovered in the course of this task analysis that would be evident in Reformed North American pastors of healthy churches.
