- The objective of this project was to survey participants' understanding of conflict and the manner in which conflict is managed inside the ministry contexts and in other contexts as well. A qualitative research method was employed using surveys and in-depth interviews. The researcher discovered that conflict situations exist, that participants have an understanding of conflict, and that they believe the church should be concerned about the issue of conflict. Many participants have unresolved feelings where conflict situations are not engaged. The need for conflict training and intervention methods was substantiated by the results of the study.
