- This project is for pastors and church leaders who wish to move from single pastor leadership to a model of expanding the decision making process of strategic planning to senior leadership. This project is also the journey of two churches merging to become more multicultural to reach the community. The outcome of this project champions shared leadership among pastors, elders and senior lay leadership. It is for those who dream to reach everyone in the community, and free new leaders to use their gifting.
