Abstracto

This dissertation searches the Bible and literature sources regarding spiritual leadership, particularly in the Chinese context. From the review of various publications, as well as from his practical experience as a pastor, the author arrives at a focus of continued self-growth. In private life, the successful leader builds a well-ordered family. With others, he seeks a high level of interpersonal skills. Also indispensable is the ability to cultivate human resources by helping others to develop their spiritual gifts--for the present time as well as for each of the succeeding generations. Finally, he nurtures a spirit of teamwork to carry out the vision that comes from above.
