  • This ministry project is based on the thesis that a soldier's resiliency is directly affected by the quality of the relationship between the soldier and his immediate supervisor. The project director coached two team leaders to utilize a new tool for the Army's mandated regular performance counseling. The supervisors utilized the tool monthly for three cycles. The supervisory relationship and soldier resiliency after the three iterations was compared to before the project to observe changes. At the conclusion of the project the data showed inconclusive evidence of the connection between resiliency and supervisory relationships.
